Hi all just noticed this thread. I think it was l.l. Bean had fleece lined sking tights years ago. One of the first Lycra garments I wore and yes the fleece lining does feel great to wear. Sorry it's not a catsuit

Sub Sports of the UK is my favorite source for affordable compression gear. Their lined winter clothing is warm, nice and supersoft.

In cycling there is a product called super roubaix which is smooth on the outside like Lycra but brushed and fleecy on the inside. It's super stretchy and comfortable. You get warmers and winter cyclocross skinsuits made out of them. I've never found the generic term for this material.
