Zentai pattern / print files

Postby Trevor » Sun Jul 05, 2015 4:27 pm

Have you worked with pattern/print files to create a zentai suit? ;) As information on pattern files seems to be relatively scarce, perhaps we could use this topic to start collecting details on creating/obtaining and modifying pattern files, which can be used to print a suit pattern on cloth, and then have it sewn into a perfect zentai costume. If you find useful information, please post! :)

So far, all of the files I've seen are Photoshop based.
Here are few of the sites that offer pattern files (or suits made from them):

Some are being sold on eBay, but be careful not to purchase stolen patterns.

Here is a direct link to the HEROSTIME page where they offer to print and sew a spandex costume from a pattern file:

The photos of their suits sure look nice! Has anyone here tried them?

You are welcome Spectre!

This afternoon, I found couple videos of a custom made HEROSTIME suits on YouTube. The first was posted by "Macs Ape Studio.
Here is the link:

The second by Cosplay4me:

HEROSTIME seem to be getting a lot of "press" lately. It appears to be a combination of great suits and marketing.
